Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Group Manager for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Drive delivery of complex investment programs playing a key role in the associated engineering projects that span the organization. Contribute to technical strategy planning, systems design selection and making decisions involving products and services delivered by the program and projects. Plan, execute and deliver projects related to existing technology product and program from inception to completion. Lead program intake and planning stages, including business requirement gathering and impact analysis. Lead product increment planning process working with engineering teams, and direct program management activities in coordination with Technical Program Managers. Provide support on in-flight programs under duress as needed. Interface with senior management on program assessments. Liaise between participating teams and architectures, overseeing any gaps between the teams, processes and systems. Manage project in Agile and Kanban methodologies and utilize project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in any field and 9 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Digital Technical Program Group Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related position involving management of technology programs and projects. 9 years of experience must include: Management of mobile application development and deployment projects; Risks and issues management; Coordination and management of applications deployment; and Project documentation, project plans and roadmaps creation. 4 years of experience must include: Project management using Agile and Kanban methodologies; and Jira; Confluence.
