Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (Vice President) to join our Corporate Banking team in Singapore. This is a high-impact coverage role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of large corporate and financial sponsor clients across the real estate and digital infrastructure sectors, with direct accountability for revenue delivery and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead or supporting banker for a portfolio of local corporate banking clients, driving revenue growth across transaction banking, markets, cash management, issuer services and lending products
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers, executing structured account plans to grow wallet share and deepen client engagement
  • Originate and execute complex transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and cross-border mandates, with a focus on financial sponsor clients and the digital infrastructure segment
  • Partner with Markets, Services, and Investment Banking teams to deliver integrated, multi-product solutions
  • Manage portfolio quality with discipline, balancing growth with capital efficiency and returns
  • Ensure timely credit execution, and adherence to internal policies, conduct standards, and control requirements
  • Coach and develop junior bankers, contributing to a high-performance, inclusive team culture

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in institutional or corporate banking, with a focus on client coverage and relationship management
  • Proven track record managing large corporate and/or financial sponsor relationships with direct revenue accountability
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit, lending, transaction banking, capital markets, and cross-border banking solutions
  • Sector experience in real estate and/or digital infrastructure is advantageous
  • Sound credit analytical and financial modelling skills, with strong risk assessment discipline
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organisation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
