Overview
Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) in Global KYC Operations is responsible for performing KYC on clients of Deutsche Bank Group and Affiliates across Corporate and Investment Bank. The Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst position focuses on the periodic review of KYC files in line with regulatory standards and regional policies.
You will be responsible for a critical function that involves an independent review of all in-flight KYC files to ensure high quality standards are maintained in strict adherence with Deutsche Bank’s KYC policy. In addition, you will provide regular feedback to senior stakeholders on proposed changes in KYC, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) areas to improve the KYC process and quality of KYC files.

What You’ll Do
Complete independent reviews of KYC files for full adherence with Deutsche Bank KYC global policy, KYC key operating standards (KOS), and any applicable desktop procedures (DTPs)
Review findings and make necessary corrections for complete and accurate KYC files.
Manage a pipeline of assigned KYC file reviews ensuring that key deadlines are met
Ensure reviews are completed timely in accordance with established due dates and within quality expectations
Identify and escalate critical issues to the QC team lead and management team
Operate in a team environment and have regular interactions with KYC makers, Quality Sustainment staff, and AFC compliance teams
Skills You’ll Need
Recognized university degree and/or equivalent professional experience
Good understanding of financial regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) risk implications
Strong analytical and organizational skills; a proactive and fast learner with an eye for details
Strong writing skills, capability to document relevant information in a clear, structured, and comprehensive way and give proper, constructive feedback
Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to build strong partnerships with key partners in the KYC workflow and give proper, constructive, and effective feedback
