Overview

Our Functional Know Your Client (KYC) Testing team is part of the broader Agile team, working alongside dbCLM Tech and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Owners. This team is responsible for objective review of different functionalities supporting its build out till implementation in dbCLM platform for Operational use. Your specific role will be to lead in-sprint testing of the functionality, identify issues, working in collaboration with Tech teams to ensure issues identified are closed and/or escalated through the right channels, defining test scripts, maintaining test evidence documentation, and working on building a forward-looking strategy to automate testing processes where possible. You will work and use different tools such as Jira, Confluence, and dbCLM Test environments. Our testing team will be available to coach and support your development into this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a KYC SME / tester working in an Agile team along with global dbCLM Tech teams and CLM Product Owners, understand new feature requirements from Product Owner and Tech Scrum teams to deliver an objective review of functionality and support its build out

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies; Planning sessions, Daily stand-up’s, system demo’s, and lead “in-sprint” testing of the functionality being developed

• Identify operational viability/usability of the functionality and confirm issues are resolved and/or appropriately escalated through the escalation process, define detailed functional test scripts to support functional testing

• Perform accurate and consistent tests on different KYC files in test environments for multiple locations, business areas and client types, ensure test evidence are documented and stored on system to maintain audit traceability

• Partner with other stakeholders to improve testing standards

• Contribute to forward looking strategy for testing including automation & process re-engineering

Your Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Know Your Client (KYC) matters and topics with KYC operations experience is a plus
• Must Have: Software Testing, Software Quality Assurance (QA), Test Cases writing, Jira, Jira User story writing, and Agile framework knowledge
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally around issues, proposing solutions where required
• Experience with investment banking clients and with preferably with risk and complex client entity structures
• Effective communication, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills, ability to work to high standards and under strong time constraints
