Job Title Administrative Assistant
Location New York, NY
Overview
This administrative assistant role will provide support for the Investment Banking team and at times may extend beyond the primary business area. Strong administrative and organizational skills are needed to ensure day to day smooth running of a global coverage team. You will play an integral role communicating directly with clients and senior management across the Firm, in addition to various administrative tasks and projects.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively manage calendars and meetings and schedule all travel components when needed
- Prepare and process expense reports and enter client call reports for senior bankers
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Support other administrative tasks and projects for the team when required, Core administrative skills
- Assist visiting employees with office/equipment as needed
- Ensure availability of stationary, software, and hardware/equipment are always in place
Skills You’ll Need
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – SharePoint is a plus
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to work to a high-quality level and required deadlines
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team; the willingness to develop junior resources; anticipate needs: demonstrate initiative & pro-activeness with a willingness to learn
- Excellent organization / prioritization skills; work well under pressure
- Strong computer skills: Rigorous knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both face to face and via telephone and email; superior analytical aptitude required
- Undergraduate degree
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $60K to $95K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
