Overview

The Corporate Security Principal Technology Manager will support the regional technical lead in ensuring that all physical security systems are compliant to Deutsche Bank’s Information Security policy, aligned to the requirements of Audit and Regulators, and current to technical currency depending on the manufacturers’ recommendations. You will track the progress of in-scope projects and report to the regional technical lead on cost and milestone status, as well as providing support and coordination with policy and cross-regional matters; You will support Audit or Regulator activity, including remediation where appropriate, liaising closely with other regional stakeholders. You will lead the regional implementation and optimization of the regional Corporate Security Physical Security systems and technologies; As such, the professional needs an in-depth knowledge of the physical and Information Technology (IT) security offerings from the vendor community and should have contacts within that space. He/she should have networks into industry forums, governments and/or law enforcement where subjects are in scope. Having an understanding of cyber/information security is a distinct advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the delivery of regional security projects from a budget and milestone perspective and assist in overcoming challenges and tracking risks by coordinating with project/program managers, security architects and developers, as needed

  • Work with CSO team and regional business stakeholders to implement and optimize the Corporate Security physical security systems and infrastructure

  • Work with Chief Information Security Office (CSO) to ensure all physical security systems are compliant with the Bank's IT security policy and take action to remediate any weaknesses

  • Ensure all technical, policy, and standards documentation is current, fit for purpose and published

  • Promote a strong team culture across all regions in a highly matrixed organization, internally within the division, among vendor organizations and with stakeholders outside of CSO

Skills You’ll Need

  • Experience managing enterprise level access control and video monitoring applications and infrastructure

  • Educational background in IT and Cyber Security

  • Professional security experience in a corporate or government environment (preferably in the financial services arena)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Tools, Structured Query Language (SQL), and data modeling

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Experience working on physical security projects essential

  • Experience working in cyber security projects preferred

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

  • CISSP or CISM

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $63,000 to $90,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
