Employee Compliance’s (EC) core function is to provide effective advice and tools to enable Deutsche Bank employees to observe the highest standards of individual behaviour and conduct and to assess, monitor and report on Compliance risks posed by Employees and Contingent Workers associated with, amongst others, the following areas: Personal Account Dealing (PAD); Private Investment Transactions (PIT); Outside Business Interests (OBI); Employee Compliance Attestations; and Licensing & Registrations.
The EC programme is undergoing a significant transformation in terms of policy, processes and supporting systems and controls. You will be responsible for supporting EC in achieving the programmes existing and transformational goals through the establishment and development of globally consistent minimum standards according to risk appetite and best practice.

Your key responsibilities
- Providing trusted advisory support and leading the maintenance and development of the PAD, PIT and OBI policies, controls, operating procedures and communications on a globally consistent basis
- Developing and maintaining of a robust control and governance framework ensuring ongoing traceability of key decisions and ongoing and effective EC Management Information and reporting, eg EC dashboard, commitments, Self-Identified Issues, escalations, exceptions and other transformational activities for the EC leadership team
- Leading Employee Compliance’s Quality Assurance processes, ensuring they are robust, executed in line with key operating documents
- Leading and co-ordinating internal and external Group Audit and Compliance and Assurance Testing programmes
- Leading the management of the EC control inventory, risk types and control reviews
- Leading the maintenance and development of EC technology systems used to record and assess disclosures
Your skills and experience
- Understanding, interpreting, and implementing risk-based solutions to meet global regulatory expectations as they relate to PAD, PIT and OBI
- Oversight and implementation of operational processes to support PAD, PIT and OBI
- Supporting data and technology initiatives, ideally using an agile methodology
- Developing and implementing strong governance controls and processes
- Management of large sets of data
- Provision of Management Information and reporting to address business and operational risks
