Overview
This team is responsible for driving transformation, regulatory remediation, and data in the US. The team’s focus will be geared towards improvements in our planning and execution capabilities, investment governance, data remediation and management, processes, controls, and operational readiness aligned with the Bank’s priorities. The team will work closely with the line teams and the technology group to identify solutions that are architecturally consistent with long-term objectives, to prioritize these efforts, and to help implement the platform changes. The change program’s deliveries will not only meet regulatory expectations but also position the Firm for ongoing success.

What You’ll Do
- Support the production of status reports including executive presentations to program sponsors and senior management, ensuring reliable reporting of delivery progress
- Support the operationalization of the portfolio’s governance model to aid in effective decision making and timely resolution of program roadblocks
- Support the execution of the program’s end-to-end change control process from request capture through implementation
- Effectively manage and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across various groups in the Bank
- Analyse and manage data sets to produce value on the overall health of the portfolio for various stakeholders’ groups and partners
- Proactively problem-solve and offer solutions to remediate data, reporting, and process gaps
Skills You’ll Need
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics (or equivalent)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Work experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of processes and systems in a large global Bank
- Significant experience in maintaining change management frameworks, ensuring consistent approach to delivery across all levels of deliverables
- Experience using reporting applications such as Tableau, Business Objects, Structured Query Language
- Beneficial but not mandatory certificated in PRINCE 2, PMI, or any other project management certification
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $120,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
