What You’ll Do

  • Proactively driving sales coverage of Rates products to US Hedge Funds, across cash and derivatives
  • Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering the full suite of Rates products and solutions
  • Grow Deutsche Bank’s market share with the client base
  • Partnering with Rates trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product to drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients
  • Helping with the development of more junior team members

How You’ll Lead

  • Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market & specifically the G10 Rates product suite
  • A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients
  • Proven track record covering US Hedge Fund clients

  • Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for client
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $200K to $500K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
