Overview
The Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) team is accountable for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling, and mitigating risks. The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Investigations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of a team of investigators within the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) program, including the associated policies, procedures, and controls. The Assistant Vice President will also propose procedural enhancements.

What You’ll Do:
Create, maintain and distribute suite of regular US Anti-Financial Crime management information (AFCMI) reports presented at various AFC Governance Forums
Ensure that all Regular AFC MI Reports are accurate and distributed on time and act as centralized contact for Americas Management Information Requests and Submissions
Proactively identify weaknesses within reporting lifecycle to leverage historical learning and identify and propose prospective solutions
Participate in and lead activities related to enhancing future state reporting
Liaise with global and regional counterparts on a regular basis to align Global & Regional reports
Manage contributor and stakeholder lists to ensure appropriate collection and dissemination of Management Information Reports; maintain and update AFC MI Reporting Procedures and Catalog on a regular basis
Skills You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; post-graduate a plus
AFC, Governance, Management Information or relevant experience
Knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry standards
Knowledge of applicable AFC laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act
Strong Technical skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience in Management Reporting Tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc) a plus

Able to deliver timely and quality execution in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
Detail oriented and organized, as well as proactive in follow up on pending deliverables
Able to act decisively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $75,000 to $110,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
