You will work with other Structurers and Traders across Emerging Markets (EM) with a focus on structuring and executing financing and hedging solutions in the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) region for sovereign, financial institutions and corporate clients.
You will be based in London and collaborating with the broader CEEMEA team (with Institutional Client Group Coverage and EM Sales colleagues).

Your key responsibilities
- Key deal team member for devising, originating and executing structured finance transactions, along with ongoing management of trades in the portfolio. This includes acting independently in a well-supported team environment, liaising and negotiating with clients and their advisers and leading the internal approvals, pricing and documentation processes for structured financing opportunities in CEEMEA
- Liaising with Coverage and Trading teams as part of the trade pitching and initial pricing process (and profitability assessment), including drafting of marketing materials, pitches, term sheets, spreadsheet models and internal credit memos
- Deal approval process (including credit committees), deal execution, spanning sponsor and management team engagement, negotiation, and structuring
- Engage with partners across the Deutsche Bank franchise as part of trade origination and execution process
- Mentor Associates, Analysts and Interns/Graduates
Your skills and experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience in Finance or Economics
- Good understanding of financial markets, financing and risk mitigating structures, with previous experience in structuring and documenting transactions and wider transaction management considered beneficial
- Experience in corporate credit analysis including financial modelling skills with good knowledge/understanding of investment banking and capital markets products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written/oral communication skills, proactive with great attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with a variety of different teams and professionals in a fast-paced environment
