Based in Geneva, the role will be a hybrid position, responsible for Account Manager activities as well as supporting the Switzerland Location Head for Global South Asia & Africa markets.
The Account Manager is responsible to manage client relationships, providing a crucial support in ensuring the delivery of the account operational activities and services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management- Work hand in hand with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to develop strong relationships with clients and ensure a best-in-class service,
- Understand client’s requests and provide a holistic support in a prompt and accurate manner,
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of account management activities, ensuring a flawless service delivery (cash management, maturities, transactions, statements),
- Handle requests from compliance and AFC,
- Implement robust controls and vigilant oversights to minimize errors and financial risks,
- Ensure adherence to the relevant regulatory framework and internal policies,
- Process expense claims and invoice management for procured services,
- Support internal projects and campaigns (data collection and analysis, client mapping, etc.),
Skills
- English mother tongue or full fluency.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- Completing a Bank Graduate program or 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
