Corporate Title Analyst

You will join the Italy and Greece DCM Origination team. The team are product specialists responsible for originating debt capital market and structured finance business, providing expertise to frequent and prospective issuers in partnership with Syndicate, Investment Banking Coverage, Capital Solution, ESG Advisory, Liability Management, Structuring and Credit Trading teams.

Typical clients include public sector entities, most notably sovereigns and agencies as well as corporates and financial institutions. The primary products offered by the team are public bonds and debt private placements across different currencies, euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme issuances, liability management exercises, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and capital advisory, and structured finance solutions.

Thanks to its deep expertise in the financing space and the wide array of products covered, the Italy and Greece DCM team is a one-stop team able to provide a broad range of services and solutions to its clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsibility for supporting the origination and execution of debt primary market transactions, as well as structured finance ones
• Frequent interaction with all areas of Deutsche Bank, including Debt Syndicate, Risk Management Solutions, Investment Banking Coverage (IBC), Regional Management, Structuring and Credit trading teams, in addition to infrastructure areas including legal and compliance
• Use your experience in marketing, originating, structuring and executing capital market transactions with clients in the region
• Considering the structured finance angle of the team, there will be exposure to structured financing transactions

Your skills and experience

• Previous experience in DCM Origination Experience in covering the same client base
• Fluency in Italian
• Exceptional skills using Bloomberg, Excel and an array of conventional DCM market data sources to efficiently analyse information and prepare high quality content for issuers
• Strong awareness of the macro-environment and political developments, with prior experience advising public sector clients, corporates and FIs on fundraising vital
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Established network of DCM and Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) professionals across the Investment Bank would be a significant asset
• Ability to identify products which are relevant for your client and to articulate the implications and strategic considerations in a clear and concise matter
