Overview
Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of Deutsche Bank’s Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries.
This professional will in project management and initiatives tracking. In turn, this professional will help lead technical teams and solve technical challenges, thus help achieve timely completion by escalating issues in time along with possible solutions.

What You’ll Do
Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring focus and smooth execution
Identify and remove any challenges that hinder the team's progress by highlighting it to the management and proposing solutions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and encourage the team to reflect on their processes
Ensure all EPIC/TASK/S-TASK are compliant with Global Deployment JIRA standards and collaborate to meet objectives and flag risks proactively
Skills You’ll Need
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required
Advanced experience within Global Network Services
Program and project management (waterfall and Agile), Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred
Strong stakeholder management ability and strong ability to lead/minute weekly meetings and provide clear, accurate and consistent project reporting and management
Familiarity with project management and productivity tools such as JIRA, Confluence and adaptable to evolving Business needs and moves quickly to address new demands
How You’ll Lead
Work as a facilitator all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure successful Business outcomes
Ensure clear and transparent communication between the team and stakeholders, providing insights into the team's performance and progress
Conduct 1on 1s with team members and stakeholders as needed. Address team conflicts, and support individual development
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issues
Efficient at time management to meet project timelines
Good at interpersonal skills and teamwork with an ability to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
Innovative mindset and ability to challenge status quo
Knowledge of networking technologies such as Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee, and Checkpoint is good to have
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
