Job Title Programme & Change Execution Director

You will lead a key initiative as part of a Transformation function in the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations function, working in partnership with business, technology and central transformation teams. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the transformation of our key Onboarding processes and controls across technology, operations, and other infrastructure on time and on budget.

Your key responsibilities
- Leadership of a Global Programme(s) as part of a CBIB Key Deliverable (Client Lifecycle Transformation) to successfully deliver critical business outcomes
- Setting the programme strategy working with the Business, Infrastructure and Technology and delivering the outcomes associated with the implementation of transformation/change initiatives
- Manage and collaborate with front to back stakeholders (both tech and functional) to agree business outcomes and associated requirements and work with Technology partners on prioritisation and implementation
- Coordinate and communicate changes and project initiatives with other teams and senior executive management to ensure solutions align with strategic plans
- Ensure benefit plans are delivered within defined budgets
- Managing and resolving programme risks, issues and dependencies across KYC & CDM Ops and Technology to ensure commitments are met and manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- A strong track record in in leading global change programs, with relevant experience in business analysis and change implementation (experience working in financial services is preferred)
- Leadership experience defining strategy and solutions and mobilising workstream plans and ensuring effective risk, issue and dependency documentation and resolution and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrable evidence of execution capability including understanding the detail with ability to define outcomes and structure workstreams end to end to ensure these outcomes are met
- Proven track record managing large scale (i.e., cross divisional / multiple geographies), complex and fast-paced transformation programs with a focus on regulatory and control initiatives across the full lifecycle along with previous experience in Agile transformation/ delivery.
- Ability to develop team members by identifying strengths and weaknesses, providing suggestions for improvements, and maintaining a constructive and open feedback culture.
- Advanced skills in effective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills
