We are looking for an experienced Transformation Change Execution Manager, in partnership with senior business and technology partners, to own and drive technology constraints impacting end to end production operations platform. Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with global production teams & technology partners to deliver business critical KYC solutions and support functions. Engage senior stakeholders to prioritize and resolve technical issues affecting KYC operations.
Lead change management planning and execution, ensuring compliance with governance standards, transparency on progress, effective risk management controls, monitor and communicate initiative risks; Collaborate with other departments as required to execute on timelines to meet the strategic goals
Drive Working Group and Steering Committee as needed to facilitate decision making and progress/ transparency, establishing strong partnership and collaborative relationships with various stakeholder groups to remove production constraints.
Developing and documenting end-to-end roles and responsibilities, process flows, operating procedures, required controls, gathering and documenting trends analytics to resolve/optimize operating impacts.
Driving optimization in operations for cross-functional operation with technology, business and production partners ensuring efficient & reliable systems to achieve business outcomes.
As part of the larger team, lead accountability for the delivery and adoption of the global change portfolio including by not limited to requirements, hyper care, measurements of adoption success and continuous improvement as well as post-delivery adoption and BAU production support.
Your skills and experience
Significant experience of leading and driving large complex change initiatives/projects, communicating and driving global transformation initiatives in a highly matrixed environment and/or production support of production environments.
Experience of working in a technical change environment, understanding the key concepts of SDLC, application and infrastructure delivery, production incident management is preferred. Acting as an Independent Contributor or Lead cross-functional delivery teams (from NCT to MD), to support adoption of complex change initiatives.
Knowledge of client lifecycle processes and experience with KYC data structures / data flows is preferred.
Banking / Finance industry experience of which some should be in change transformation space or associated with transformation initiatives
Experience working in agile environment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience is beneficial.
Lead Working Groups and Steering Committees consisting of Directors and Managing Directors and educate all levels on best practices for transformation, to ensure critical business decisions are addressed and remove constraints to success.
