Overview
As a member of the Employee Compliance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating employees’ personal trading accounts and activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will perform trade reviews with precision, uncover potential violations before they escalate, and collaborate across Compliance to reinforce risk management. Your sharp analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous learning will position you as a critical contributor to our organization’s compliance culture and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Review and approve personal employee trading accounts ensuring all requisite documentation is received and maintained
Perform conflict check analysis on employee personal trade requests
Manage and monitor assigned tasks related to late account disclosures, declined accounts, exception requests, and unmatched brokerage accounts
Review the daily surveillance of executed trades in Employee and Employee related personal trading accounts to ensure compliance with the Firm’s Trading Policies
Maintain a working knowledge of all Employee Compliance, Related Policies and Key Operating Procedures
Escalate and communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, with peers, manager, and employees regarding issues encountered, questions and any violations of policy
Skills You’ll Need
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate professionally and effectively, while using discretion with sensitive and confidential data, across all mediums with staff at all levels
An interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn
Ability to identify, escalate and communicate issues to management in an effective and succinct manner
Ability to multi-task on several different assignments/projects, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, experience with large data sets, proficient in data manipulation and presentation)
Self-motivated and forward thinking with the ability to see opportunities in challenges
Organized and able to multi-task and appropriately prioritize deliverables
Expectations

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $40,000 to $62,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
