As a Project Management Officer (PMO) in the Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Transformation Control Tower (PMO function), you will be part of a core team which is governing, overseeing and supporting the execution of a complex, multi-year program to deliver a radical change to the provision of Infrastructure services for the Deutsche Bank Group. GTI Transformation comprises two Key Deliverables (KDs) programs: Hybrid Cloud Transformation and End User Computing Transformation, plus smaller (non-KD) initiatives which are focused on advancing Automation & Tooling. The Control Tower runs all aspects of portfolio governance and reporting to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Working with KD lead and Head of Control Tower to monitor progress of execution and ensure both quality of program data in dbClarity, and accurate reporting of this.
  • Supporting with KD teams to drive early identification of risks to committed outcomes and plans, ensuring that these are appropriately captured and logged in source systems
  • Producing high-quality materials reflecting KD status for regular executive governance, including Regulatory meetings to convey progress against plan
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of Change The Bank (CTB) forecasts in dbClarity
  • Ensuring timely submission of KD Change Requests where required to adjust CTB forecasts, milestone information to align to latest delivery plans
  • Acting as the conduit between the Control Tower and KD leadership team to disseminate best practice and ensure KD compliance with core PMO processes and Change Governance Framework

Your skills and experience

.

  • Extensive PMO experience, ideally within Technology
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for use with executive audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels (internal and external)
  • Good problem solving skills, able to synthesize complex issues and propose appropriate action plans
