Indra is Deutsche Bank’s central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the bank. Our mandate is to identify AI opportunities and drive leading use cases into production to create immediate value and build confidence. From these, we build and scale shared services to enable safe, rapid and cost-effective scaling.
As an AI Shared Service Adoption & Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving awareness, accelerating onboarding, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI shared services. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to guide them through the onboarding journey, facilitating change management efforts and ensuring end users transition smoothly to AI-enabled ways of working and fully realise the business value of these solutions.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to promote AI shared services, ensuring business users understand their value and practical applications
- Maintain a prioritised onboarding and adoption pipeline, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact use cases while balancing business demand and operational capacity
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, providing hands-on project management to ensure smooth implementation, mitigate risks, and drive timely adoption
- Ensure each adoption adheres to Deutsche Bank's regulatory, risk, and control frameworks by working closely with compliance and governance teams
- Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and collaborate with product teams to refine services and enhance user experience
- Identify and address systemic onboarding and adoption barriers to accelerate time-to-value and drive scalability
Your skills and experience
- Experience in change management, including designing and executing communication, training, and enablement strategies to support adoption, preferably in financial services or IT consulting
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and align business, technology, and risk teams
- Solid understanding of generative AI and machine learning, including their applications in financial services.
- Ability to craft compelling promotional materials, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, and user guides to drive awareness and engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify adoption barriers, track success metrics, and optimize onboarding processes
