Job Title: Client Aligned Delivery FCCI CoE Governance & Project support

As an integral part of the Client Aligned Delivery FCCI CoE team (Financial Crime Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence), your role will ensure a high standard of delivery within the team’s governance requirements, providing support to global heads of function in carrying out senior management meetings and reporting up to a senior level. Your role requires experienced communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks. Your role will also involve providing Project Management support to the Head of FCCI & the External Monitoring Group QC functions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Facilitating end-to-end governance processes

  • Maintaining active involvement with the operational teams to understand key risks/issues and highlights to ensure appropriate notification/escalation to stakeholders

  • Detailed planning to target dates, ensuring sufficient time for all milestones in the delivery of each governance requirement

  • Providing PMO support to both the FCCI & EMG QC functions; including the monitoring of all projects, timescales and key updates

  • Creating project documentation to support all SME’s on completion of requirements and impact assessments to a high standard

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills for producing high quality meeting materials and senior management reports

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to accurately and succinctly develop / communicate key messages for different audiences. You ‘connect-the-dots’ between the operational team’s output and the various stakeholders which require updates.

  • Ability to facilitate end-to-end governance processes, such as understanding the requirements of the various meetings, preparing the agenda, developing meeting materials, taking minutes, tracking actions, ensuring risk escalation.

  • You are naturally organised, self-driven, and will ensure both you and your stakeholders are prepared for upcoming governance requirements. You prioritise and manage your own time. You work with a sense of urgency but can be flexible when required.

  • Experience in supporting projects and ensuring accountability and transparency of progress.
