This role is focused on marketing and executing FX derivatives with private capital / financial sponsors clients. We are looking to meet candidates with fund level FX experience and a proven track record in driving incremental revenue whilst meeting financial sponsors’ needs.
The Sponsor Coverage team also works across the event-driven FX space typically connected with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and project finance transactions.

Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique fund level FX needs and providing bespoke hedging solutions
- Use experience of assessing credit worthiness of funds to seek out opportunities, work with XVA desks to price derivatives competitively
- Work collaboratively with teams across the banks eg. Trading, Banking, Credit, Onboarding, Legal to ensure best practice and maximize client mandates
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, relevant experience in fixed income trading and sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with global financial markets, fund finance, M&A and derivatives
- Strong quantitative and technical ability
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for comfort in client-facing situations
- Problem solving skills and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude
