Overview
Regulatory & Cross Product Operations (RCPO) is a division which assists in ensuring Deutsche Bank meets its regulatory requirements to our global regulators through monitoring client classifications and regulatory reporting. As part of the Innovation team, we are responsible for ensuring that the data and process automation needs of the wider department are met. This includes the creation of automation tools to enable; metrics for management oversight, control reporting and utilities to enable self-service analysis and extraction. Due to evolving regulatory landscape, with increasing number of regulatory obligations as well as revised technical standards there is a continued need to facilitate change. To enable this the team is responsible for building a new Business Intelligence platform utilising SAP BO as well as expanding and supporting our collection of automations within the Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Platforms, The successful professional will develop great understanding of regulatory rules, systems and products, and build relationships across diverse groups.

What You’ll Do
Support and develop automated solutions that support the Regulatory Client Classification team and function
Working closely with our technology development teams to design system solutions, the aim to automate as much of the exceptions process as possible
Develop a thorough understanding of the complexities in the data model/architecture to support the Regulatory Client Classification function
Establish positive working relationships with colleagues across global Operations and Technology teams
Contribute to the development of SAP Business Objects universes, reports and visualizations to satisfy operational requirements
Build an understanding of our business to identify and address critical issues by providing data that is accurate, reliable, and ensures that information is easily available to users
Skills You’ll Need
Understanding of Regulatory Client Classification and Transaction Reporting
Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to wider team members and management and an analytical/logical mind set with a good approach to problem solving
Expertise in building reports and BI analysis with tools such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau, QlikView etc
Experience in automation utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, Advanced Language (SQL) Experience in an oracle data warehouse environment, Knowledge of Jira and confluence
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Alteryx, Power Automate and Power Apps beneficial
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Knowledge of MS suite of products, including the ability to use basic Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc
Competent business user of MS products and Outlook. Internet liberate to enable online searches. Must know MS Excel. Knowledge of Markit ISDA Amend is a plus
Knowledge of Reference Data Systems and Regulations along with product and end-to-end system knowledge is a plus
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
