Overview
The Assistant Vice President in this role will support the development and execution of the regional Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) strategy and education program across all lines of defense. Additionally, this role will help implement the global Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Education plan by partnering with teams across the organization to ensure efforts are coordinated and aligned with broader program goals. This role requires close collaboration with business and functional stakeholders, active participation in governance forums, and the application of strong AFC subject matter expertise with a commitment to advancing education initiatives.
The role requires a professional with strong organizational, influencing and communication skills who can leverage and support the execution of global people, education and culture programs whilst also addressing regional, business, functional specific risks, issues and needs. The role-holder will drive performance of thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA), facilitate governance and methodology across all stakeholders and develop an annual plan subject to further on-going training needs.

What You’ll Do
Play a key role in the delivery of a regional Americas AFC Education Plan in conjunction with the Global AFC Education Plan
Support the governance of FCR Education for stakeholders in the region and globally across all lines of defense, assisting in the delivery of their respective plans and collaborating on shared activities
Support execution of Global AFC People, Education & culture priorities in partnership with global, regional and local stakeholders
Contribute to AFC Education and Development initiatives and participate in U.S. Transformation & Remediation activities
Contribute to the design, development and delivery of second line AFC Education for management boards, senior management and business/functional stakeholders
Support the development of Regulatory Training through the provision and coordination of regional subject matter expertise
Skills You’ll Need
Extensive experience in the industry or relevant work experience in a comparable organization, exchange or regulatory institution
Understanding of, anti-financial crime laws and regulations, financial markets/ regulatory environment
Proficiency in financial crime risk concepts and frameworks
Ability to effectively support with responses to global auditors, regulators, vendors and regulatory third parties
Demonstrate ability to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training courses—from initial planning to post-rollout evaluations—while effectively managing multiple courses simultaneously
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Highly organized and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking and working efficiently in dynamic environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across jurisdictions and recommend improvements to financial crime and operational procedures
Skilled in documenting findings and designing training content using eLearning platforms; experienced in course development
University degree, Relevant post grad degree (preferred) and CAMS (preferred),
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $75,000 to $110,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
