Portfolio Management Associate for the Structured Lending team: This team continuously monitors current loans and credit lines to ensure compliance with terms and proactively manages risk/exposure and compliance with Credit Policy and US and European regulatory requirements. You will be critical in the functioning of business’s regulatory and financial risk mitigation strategy, as well as state and federal regulatory audit support.

What You’ll Do
- Financial statement analysis. Credit structuring
- Covenant monitoring/annual reviews/collateral valuations
- Reporting/metrics
- Facilitate closing of new lending transactions
- Work with bankers and other FO staff to ensure client onboarding and pre-closing requirements are met
- Assist PM Team management with implementation of key team deliverables to ensure timely completion of complete team build out
Skills You’ll Need
- Relevant banking or finance industry experience
- Strong aptitude to learn new concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, including advanced functions, data analysis tools, and automation through VBA scripting
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

- Ability to work effectively without supervision and with team members in other locations
- Strong aptitude to learn new concepts & models
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and contribute to a team environment
- Solid interpersonal skills and good writing skills
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
