As part of the Private Bank Marketing team, you will be a part of a forward thinking and dynamic team based in London, New York and Geneva. Covering the Europe International market, your projects, events and day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and international.
Based in London, you will report to the Head of Marketing, Europe International and work alongside other events, communications and marketing colleagues focused on delivering excellent outcomes to support the Wealth Management business.

Your key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on a regional scale with a focus on the business strategic partnerships and oversee the client journey across events including client event communication, optimizing systems and improving process coordination between regional teams
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of event planning including partners, venues and in-house events team in other divisions and agencies
- Manage event budgets, track event spend against purchase orders, reconcile costs, and drive cost-efficiencies where possible
- Produce post-event reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations based on business, stakeholder, and vendor feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards by working closely with the Legal and Compliance teams on all event activities.
- Collaboration with the Communications and Content teams to manage the content pipeline generated by Europe International events and support ad hoc team projects and initiatives to support the business’ strategic goals
Your skills and experience
- Event management experience within financial services, ideally Wealth Management, and/or the luxury brand sector
- Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Confidence in communicating at all levels and to a diverse internal and external network
- Occasional international travel may be required for event coordination, client meetings or on-site support
- Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
