Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) - The Institutional Client Group (ICG) team manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full FIC product spectrum. ICG combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

Overview of the team:

You will work in the Institutional Client Group - Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (ICG CEEMEA) Sales team who partners with the Global Emerging Markets (GEM), GFX, Global Rates and other teams to sell the suite of FIC products, as well as more complex cross-market derivatives and financing solutions. The team is focused on delivering financial solutions across a wide product range of FIC products, which relies on a deep understanding of diverse financial markets in an ever-evolving context, blending technical skills with strategic thinking.

Your key responsibilities

  • Proactively driving sales coverage of all relevant products, especially Turkey Flow Credit products ( i.e. Eurobonds), to Türkiye based institutional clients

  • Partnering with Trading and Structuring teams, as well as other Sales colleagues within the team and within product

  • Actively looking for cross-sell opportunities with Turkish institutional clients, and working with the team to execute

  • Supporting the team on active internal and sales initiatives

  • Supporting operations teams for daily margining, trade confirmations and settlement related matters

  • Supporting with the onboarding/Know Your Client (KYC) process of new client relationships, periodic client reviews, actively communicating with control functions like Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Sanctions, Legal where necessary

Your skills and experience

  • Strong knowledge of the financial markets and products, including Turkey credit products.

  • Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, and being diligent with day-to-day tasks

  • Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and adding value for client

  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment, ability to operate under pressure and stay calm

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations

  • Driven and dedicated to help the team succeed

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, and Turkish language is a plus
