Overview
As a member of the Funds Control Team, you will be a part of Trust and Agency Services under the Corporate Bank business line. The team serves as the central point of contact for Corporate Trust and Operations teams to process specialized cash transactions. This centralization allows for a more streamline approach to cash handling and facilitates fewer points of contact for various investment activities. You will utilize several internal cash systems to perform daily cash monitoring and movement for Corporate Trust client investments. You will interface with our internal Deal Administrators and back-office teams when assisting with cash reconciliation and processing.

What You’ll Do
Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions (including performing all relevant controls) within own area of responsibility
Responsible for assisting internal clients resolve technical issues encountered with the Global Office and Global Plus systems
Serve as a liaison between Deutsche Bank and FIS (Vendor) when working to resolve more complex problems
Monitor transaction queues and escalating defects to the point of resolution
Support the Technology group in code deployment and testing; perform UAT and production verification testing
Skills You’ll Need
The ability to understand process flows and apply the relevant controls including risk mitigation
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office applications and strong in Excel
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Client Services group, Technology and Corporate Bank operations
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Ability to communicate clear and concise requirements with key stakeholders; translating issues into simple and easy to understand terms
Flexible and able to work overtime
Action-oriented and delivery focused with a disciplined approach and an ability to be proactive, work within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and showing initiative
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired in this role will work in the Jacksonville, Florida office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40,000 to $62,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
