Overview
This role sits within Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (C&AFC) Frameworks and Programs (F&P), the team responsible for the implementation and execution of the risk management framework for C&AFC risks across the Bank, including methodology, processes, systems and training. Within C&AFC F&P, the C&AFC Risk Framework Programs team focuses on implementing tactical and strategic enhancements to the C&AFC Risk Framework, including the risk type taxonomy, risk appetite and risk identification processes. As Risk Framework Analyst and Change Manager the professional will partner with Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Data Protection and Corporate Governance Risk Type responsible decision makers and subject matter experts (SMEs), as well as Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework and Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) teams, to design solutions, evaluate the impact of changes and act as program or project manager for implementation. Projects may relate to process enhancement, technology implementation and regulatory driven change initiatives.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for Project & Program Management, including preparation of detailed project plans, leading stakeholder engagement and tracking and reporting process
You will support key stakeholder identification and navigation through relevant DB operational risk and change governance framework requirements
You will support stakeholders and daily operations on technical implementation
You will support senior stakeholders with investment decisions and business case determination
How You’ll Lead
Leading engagement with key C&AFC stakeholders in coordination with C&AFC leadership, ORM Framework and TDI teams to projects and change
Independent Project and Program management incl. tracking against defined project milestones
Consolidation of information, tracking of metrics for management summaries and reporting
Skills You’ll Need
Operation risk management experience, particularly framework design and implementation along with project management experience (experience as project lead advantageous)
Understanding of relevant Laws, Rules and Regulations and their transition into operational risk frameworks of banks
Experience in implementation and monitoring regulatory requirements Building and managing global and cross-department stakeholder networks
Senior management communications
Experience in handling audit requests (experience in audits from regulatory authorities advantageous)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Solid understanding of Operational Risk Management and Compliance and AFC risks
Excellent PowerPoint skills, foundational Excel skills,
Foundational skills in handling and using AI tools (especially DB AI tools) for efficiency gains
Experience in handling Governance, Risk and Control tools (ServiceNow/GRC advantageous)
Foundational understanding of American & European banking regulation
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $96,000 to $140,850. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
