Overview
The U.S. Living Wills team in Enterprise & Treasury Risk Management (ETRM) is responsible for developing and overseeing Deutsche Bank’s U.S. resolution plan and key initiatives to improve Deutsche Bank’s overall resolvability. In order to deliver Deutsche Bank’s U.S. key resolution initiatives, a dedicated role is required to project manage these Living Wills U.S. initiatives and ensure timely delivery of the milestones and support stakeholders in building and managing project plans, remediating risks and issues and escalating to stakeholders where applicable. This role presents you with the opportunity to work across all business areas and infrastructure functions.
You need not come from a specific area of expertise but possess proven project management skills on large projects with financial institution expertise and the ability to interpret and solve complex problems. What You’ll Do
Managing and communicating with senior stakeholders on risks, issues and project status for project initiatives in Living Wills and resolution planning
Interpreting and disseminating information and guidance on regulation and regulatory developments related to resolution planning that could impact project initiatives
Coordinate gap analysis initiatives to assess regulatory requirements against Deutsche Bank capabilities and supporting plans to mitigate those gaps
Providing advisory and coordination with stakeholders in support of subject matter (including resolution liquidity and capital requirements, governance playbooks, testing initiatives, etc.)
Developing and producing senior management presentations for Living Wills’ governance requirements and project initiatives and preparing, maintaining and distributing project plans and management reporting (e.g., status, risks, missed milestones and issues, budget)
Leading regular calls with Project Teams to review the project plan, determine progress and assess potential risks and issues and coordinating updates to senior committees, regulators, and senior management as necessary
Skills You’ll Need
A strong project manager with experience managing projects with a proven track record for managing risks, issues and project plans
A strong ability to develop effective relationships and engage senior stakeholders
An appetite to work in areas outside previous areas of expertise or comfort zone and an ability to quickly adapt due to new regulatory guidance or requirements
Expertise in financial services along with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint skills
Expertise on delivering to regulatory mandates a plus

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $120,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
