The Operations Department is a crucial core function that maintains order in the financial markets and provides customers with a safe and smooth trading environment, extending far beyond mere "clerical work." This role requires advanced expertise and meticulous risk management to support the sound operation and sustainable growth of the company.
We are broadly recruiting experienced individuals aspiring to career advancement as future manager candidates, as well as recent graduates and those without prior experience. Even without prior experience or knowledge, you can learn through systematic On-the-Job Training (OJT) from our highly knowledgeable employees. Your key responsibilities:
- 社内規程、ルール、ガイドラインの深い理解と遵守
- 法的・倫理的な枠組みに沿った業務遂行の監督
- 口座開設書類の厳格な確認と迅速な処理、取引口座の設定
- 入出金・支払指図の正確な処理、お客様からの照会対応
- 約定内容の照合・確認、進捗管理、未照合の解消
- 決済・クリアリングの準備と実行
- 決済遅延などの問題解決、原因調査、再発防止策の立案
- 口座、銘柄、顧客情報などの基幹データの正確なメンテナンス
- 処理の正確性確認のためのリスク・コントロール処理
- 問題原因分析と解消、リスク管理処理の徹底
- イベント管理(利金償還処理等)
- 業務改善、効率化のためのプロセスの見直し、改善や自動化への立案
- 社内インフラシステムの理解、システムユーザーとして新システム、新機能の開発の立案、テスト、移行の実行
- 業務に関する内容について顧客対応
- 関連部署(フロント、テクノロジー、コンプライアンス等)との連携、新規ビジネスの計画
- 手順書作成および定期的な見直し
- Deep understanding of and adherence to internal regulations, rules, and guidelines
- Supervision of operations in compliance with legal and ethical frameworks
- Strict verification and swift processing of account opening documents and setting up trading accounts.
- Accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and payment instructions, and handling customer inquiries
- Matching and confirmation of trade executions, progress management, and resolution of unconfirmed items
- Preparation and execution of settlement and clearing
- Resolution of issues such as settlement delays, investigation of causes, and formulation of preventive measures
- Accurate maintenance of core data such as accounts, instruments, and customer information
- Implementing risk control processes to ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Analysis and resolution of problem causes, and thorough risk management processes
- Management of trade-related events
- Reviewing business flows, and raise the idea for improving the process including automation, participate in a various initiatives
- Understand system infrastructure and raise change requirements, performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), participate and perform system migration as business user.
- Communication with the client on the operation’s process
- Collaboration with related departments (Front Office, Technology, Compliance, etc.), and contributing to new business planning.
- Creation and regular review of procedural manuals
Your skills and experience:

- ビジネスレベルの語学力(日本語・英語): 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる、ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力。
- 正確性を追求するドキュメント・データ管理能力: 高い正確性を持ってドキュメントおよびデータを管理し、情報ガバナンスを維持する能力。
- 必須のPCスキルとシステム操作能力: Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook)を含む基本的なPCスキルに加え、業務システムを円滑に操作できる能力。
- 協調性と完遂力: 複数の関係者と連携し、タスクの優先順位付けを行い、責任を持って確実に業務を完遂する能力。
- 環境順応力:変化し続ける金融市場において必要なテクノロジー、法令、コントロールを自ら学び続ける力
- 学士号または同等の経験: 学士号、あるいはそれに匹敵する学習経験または実務経験。
- Bilingual Proficiency (Japanese & English): Demonstrated business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, enabling effective internal and external communication.
- Precision-Oriented Documentation & Data Management Skills: Proven ability to manage documents and data with a strong emphasis on accuracy and diligence.
- Foundational IT Competency: Proficient in essential business applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and capable of operating proprietary business systems.
- Collaborative Task Management & Execution: Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks efficiently, and ensure reliable task completion.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment: Continue learning and taking up the skills required in the financial market which may be technology change, regulation, and control changes.
- Academic & Professional Foundation: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of academic achievement and practical experience.
優遇要件/ Preferred
- 金融機関でのインターン/業務経験(オペレーション、ミドルオフィス等)
- 照合・レポーティング・データ管理の実務経験
- Excel(関数/ピボット)、VBA、SQL、Power BI などによる分析・自動化スキル
- SWIFTの基礎知識、または日本市場インフラ(JASDEC、BOJ-NET、JSCC等)の理解(尚可)
- プロジェクトマネジメントやデータ分析の経験
- 英文メール/会議での情報整理の経験
- Internship or work exposure in financial services (Operations/Middle Office)
- Direct experience with reconciliations, reporting, and data management
- Analysis/automation skills with Excel (functions/pivots), VBA, SQL, or Power BI
- Basic knowledge of ISO20022/SWIFT or Japan market infrastructures (e.g., JASDEC, BOJ-NET, JSCC) is a plus.
- Project management /Data analysis
- Experience organizing information and building consensus in English emails/meetings.
