Overview
Support adoption of new developer tools and workflows by helping build, test, document, and iterate based on engineer feedback, while following established security and quality practices. Support community and enablement activities, including sessions, demos, internal posts, and updates. Contribute to continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from engineers into tooling, documentation, and workflows.

What You’ll Do
Support adoption of new developer tools and workflows across teams (onboarding, guidance, FAQs, office hours support)
Assist in building and testing practical solutions using AI tools (examples, scripts, lightweight integrations, validation)
Gather feedback from engineers, identify usability issues, and help improve documentation and workflows
Create simple guidance, examples, and learning materials teams can follow (quickstarts, reference examples, checklists)
Help track adoption and impact of new approaches (basic reporting, feedback summaries, issue trends)
Follow established security, safety, and quality practices and escalate concerns early
Skills You’ll Need
Solid foundation in software engineering with some hands-on experience (coding, debugging, basic automation)
Interest in developer tools, workflows, and productivity improvements
Strong problem-solving and learning mindset; comfortable with fast-changing toolsets
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions and manage work through clear follow-through
Clear and structured communication skills (writing simple guidance, summarizing feedback)
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Attention to detail and reliability in execution
Strong interest in modern tools, with demonstrated experimentation and continuous learning
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $85,000 to 129,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
