- Evercore’s Complex Situations M&A Advisory team advises clients on their largest, most significant, and most complicated strategic decisions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance.

Areas of Practice:
- The Complex Situations M&A Advisory team is an industry and product agnostic Investment Banking group
- The team covers a variety of clients across a number of different industries including, among others, technology, healthcare, industrials, and energy. The team also frequently partners with Evercore’s Industry Coverage and Product groups to achieve results for a wide array of companies
- The team works throughout the entire “lifecycle” of a transaction, from idea generation to execution
- The team works on transactions across M&A, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance, including (but not limited to):
- M&A: Strategic transformations, Acquisitions, Spin-offs, Split-offs, Reverse Mergers, Carve-out M&A, Joint Ventures & Partnerships, Multi-stage Transactions & Transformations, and other uncommon M&A transactions
- Capital Markets: Equity and Debt Financing, Shareholder Considerations, Arbitrage & Trading
- Corporate Finance: Capital Structure, Capital Allocation, Valuation Optimization
Qualifications:
Experience
- ~1 to 2 years of Investment Banking experience

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
