Job Summary

We're creating a new Associate Product Marketer role within our Alternatives Asset Management Marketing team to support alternatives product marketing efforts in EMEA. This role will partner with sales teams, Alternatives Capital Formation team, product strategy, investment teams, and broader AM Marketing teams to drive the global growth of Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Materials and Content: Assist senior marketers in creating effective marketing materials for G Series and ELTIFs in Europe. Develop and curate content to educate and engage the target audience, working closely with the alternatives channel marketing team to create market-ready messaging for campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution and Support: Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Support Event Content: Develop prep notes for hosted events and sponsorships related to the G-Series products.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure compliance with European regulations and industry standards with all marketing materials.
  • Content Management: Manage translation and compliance reviews in multiple jurisdictions. Oversee marketing content on Seismic to enable easy access for sales.
  • Create and Develop Monthly Performance Cascade for G-Series: Develop and deliver best-in-class monthly performance reporting cascade on the G-series to keep existing clients informed and spark interest among prospective clients, providing them valuable insights into these products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Development, Alternatives Capital Formation Teams, and the broader Asset Management Marketing team, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Basis requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role with experience in asset management and alternatives marketing.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with evergreen products and ELTIFs, or willingness to learn.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strategic thinking with commercial awareness and business acumen.
    • Demonstrated integrated marketing skills.
    • Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
