What we are we looking for:

As a Digital Distribution Senior Associate, you will work closely with members of Digital Distribution, Digital Clients, Digital Product Management, Investment Solutions and EMEA leadership to develop digital propositions, project manage key workstreams & projects to support the EMEA Digital Distribution Strategy & priorities. The role will require a strong self-starter with strong project & stakeholder management skills to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and able to contribute appropriately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head of EMEA Digital Distribution on the development and execution of Invesco's Digital Distribution strategy across the EMEA region.

  • Driving design and execution of digital propositions or service/product offerings through collaborating with product development, digital and marketing teams to define requirements, prioritising digital distribution roadmap efforts, as well as coordinating with internal and external parties

  • Supporting and collaborate with Digital Clients team and regional sales teams for them to pitch digital propositions and services in client meetings

  • Providing support to EMEA leadership through comprehensive reporting on digital distribution initiatives, board material creation, preparation for external events related to digital initiatives

  • Supporting the broader digital distribution education initiatives and change management across distribution teams

What you can bring:

  • Proven experience in fintech or consulting, specialising in financial services or digital

  • Execution experience in delivering digital projects preferred.

  • A strong understanding of the asset management industry

  • A strong understanding of digital processes, practices, tools and knowledge of the Fintech landscape.

  • An execution focused mindset and able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and coordinate various complex projects.
