Job Description

Your role:

This position will be responsible for providing general accounting support to the Finance Global Business Services function in addition to participating in current initiatives within the finance department.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Business Services team with compensation, expense, revenue, and intercompany accounting processes for North America, EMEA and APAC.
  • Utilize general ledger applications to assist in preparation of monthly journal entries as part of financial month-end close and support the monthly account analysis.
  • Utilize Oracle cloud application to prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations of accounts including performing analysis on specific transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment.
  • Assist with investigating aged account balances and provide recommendations for enhanced controls and processes.
  • Perform testing on revenue accounting application implementation for Institutional revenue accounts in EMEA and Canada.
  • Prepare schedules as required by accounting management Gather audit documentation for SOX compliance testing.
  • Participate in special projects under the direction of finance leadership
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary.
  • Opportunity to attend select meetings with Controller, Head of Finance GBS, Head of Finance Data, and Chief Accounting Officer.

Experience you bring:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • High level or organizations skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Capable of learning new software applications quickly

  • Ability to adapt/pivot as work demands change

  • Moderate Excel skills
