Job Description
The Team:
The Head of Sales Enablement and Digital Distribution will play a critical role in transforming our client facing engagement model by leading initiatives across three key domains: Sales Productivity, Technology Enablement & Digital Distribution, and Sales Training Development & Delivery, all to drive revenue for the organization. This individual will function as a strategic partner to the Distribution leadership team, leveraging their deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the sales cycle across Wealth and Institutional channels.
Your Role:
The position will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to boost sales productivity, accelerate growth through the adoption of data and digital solutions, modernize our technology-driven salesforce, and incorporate emerging technologies like AI to shape the next generation of sales professionals.
This role also delivers problem resolution, as well as operational and administrative support, to the firm’s registered representatives and, in some cases, their clients. It involves working with active intermediaries or clients who have already purchased the organization’s products.
You Will Be Responsible For:

Sales Productivity:
Partner with client facing teams to identify opportunities and drive execution by leveraging actionable data insights.
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks outlining best practices, sales processes, and client interaction guidelines for various stages of the client lifecycle.
Collaborate with the segment marketing team to ensure sales messaging aligns with the overall strategy and that marketing materials are readily available to client-facing teams.

Technology Enablement & Digital Distribution:
Drive sales growth through the strategic use of technology and digital tools, ensuring sales teams maximize their time with clients.
Lead efforts to build the AI-enabled salesperson of the future, integrating cutting-edge technologies into the sales process.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of key tools, including CRM systems, NBA tool, Portfolio Analyzer, and Practice Innovation Index.

Sales Training Development & Delivery:
Optimize and manage Learning & Development resources to design and implement comprehensive sales training programs, including appropriately leveraging external partnerships that accelerate this effort.
Cover key areas such as product knowledge, sales methodologies, competitive landscape, and client engagement strategies.
Oversee the planning, content strategy, and execution of the Americas Distribution symposium, the premiere learning event for the client organization
Oversee the onboarding process for new client-facing colleagues, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Strategic Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to the Distribution leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
Shape, communicate, and execute strategies that modernize the salesforce and integrate emerging technologies.
Represent the voice of the client in broader firm priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The Experience You Bring:
10+ years of leadership experience in asset or wealth management, with a focus on distribution, learning, or technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of asset management sales in both wealth and institutional channels.
Proven track record of leading change and large-scale transformations.
Deep understanding of market trends, client and distribution needs, and industry competition.
Experience working directly with clients or leading client-facing teams.
Experience with both wealth and institutional clients.
Successful history of leading complex, cross-functional projects, especially those involving technology.
Skilled at driving change and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with excellent collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
Effective negotiator and facilitator.
Willing to travel as needed.
License / Registration / Certification:
Series 7 and 63 recommended
Series 24 preferred
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $200k to $225k annually.
