Job Summary: Serve as the local ETF product specialist and regional coordinator for the production of presentations, one-pagers, web content, and other materials required by Distribution and Marketing teams for the promotion of Invesco’s global ETF capabilities in the Asia-Pac region.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • As the local ETF product specialist, the ETF Product Manager serves as the primary point of contact for sales with responsibility for providing clear, accurate, and well-structured responses to client queries either by leveraging the inputs from the ETF product specialists teams in EMEA / US or through their own independent analysis.
  • Produce and maintain a library of product collateral (e.g., presentations, one-pagers) for use by Sales teams in promoting the global ETF product range
  • Work with local marketing to refine and streamline processes for the proactive promotion of the global ETF range through regular emails, webinars, podcasts, events, etc.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA/US based ETF Product Management team and local APAC ETF specialists / marketing / sales to coordinate messaging to effectively position Invesco’s Global ETF range to Asia-Pac clients.
  • Serve as the local “eyes and ears” for the EMEA and US-based ETF product development teams providing insights into client demand, industry flows and opportunities in the Asia-Pac region
  • Provide day-to-day support to ETF Product Specialists and generalist sales teams

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • University degree, preferably in a STEM field or quantitatively strong candidates from other fields (economics, finance). Additional qualifications (e.g. CFA) highly valued
  • 3+ years experience working in a product specialist capacity in financial services industry (e.g., product manager, portfolio manager, trader, research, etc.).
  • Prior funds industry experience (especially ETFs) would be highly valued.
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to produce attractive content that uses structure and formatting to effectively communicate ideas.
  • A clear analytical thinker and natural problem solver with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly, think logically and communicate ideas clearly
  • Outstanding attention to detail in quantitative work as well as in the preparation of written materials (grammar) and presentations (formatting)
  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills and ability to work with data (e.g., in Excel) effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong collaborative / interpersonal / communication / stakeholder management skills; able to work across multiple teams and manage conflicting timelines and demands.
  • Commercial drive and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused role
  • A driven, entrepreneurial self-starter; highly organised and capable of prioritising a heavy workload and operate effectively with limited supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in a relevant Asian language highly desirable
