Job Description

Your Team
The current North American Payroll Team is responsible for semi-monthly processing of US and Canada payrolls. The team is comprised of 7 members.

Your Role
While supporting North American operations, this role will also be involved in global payroll functions. Including, but not limited to: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Equity Award Plans, Business Travelers, Ex/In Pats.

What you would be responsible for:

  • Distribution of deferred payments and earnings globally;
  • Coordination of payroll reporting for international transfers;
  • Bifarcation of business travelers earnings;
  • Continuing project of authoring and archiving payroll procedures;
  • Cross train with Sr. NA Payroll Manager for assumption of full NA oversight.


The Experience You Bring:

  • Specialized knowledge and expertise in own job family and deep experience in integrating related job family knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years of payroll processing experience
  • The skill to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways
  • Ability to convert technical information to compelling business context and advice.
  • Strong system reporting, data management and analytical skills;
  • Strong Excel and data mining skills is a must;
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail;
  • People management experience;
  • Sharepoint experience.
  • Ability to lead others to solve complex problems where significant initiative and independent judgement is required;
