Job Description
The Senior Director, Strategy Planning & Execution will be a critical enabler to the definition and execution of our Commercial strategy (in partnership with Commercial leadership and Corporate strategy), as well as execution of it. The role will span strategic priorities across our Americas and EMEA regions, with priority focus on Americas (given location). Responsibilities spanning several areas strongly interacting with our executives and commercial leaders:
- Support the Regional and Commercial Leadership teams in the development and delivery of their business strategy
- Lead specific strategic initiatives across Commercial areas, in partnership with relevant business leaders
- Partner with the Americas & EMEA COO and team in its strategic engagement across Invesco
Your Role
Your primary role is to lead and support execution of strategic commercial priorities, staying well-coordinated with corporate strategy, our Investments organization, and other relevant stakeholders across the firm.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Leading commercial strategy development and execution in Americas and EMEA, in partnership with commercial leadership and strategy teams, and in adherence of firm-wide strategy
- Proactively establish strong working relationships with regional and global teams to build understanding of our business and to support delivery of key projects
- Support elements of Invesco Leadership teams’ operating rhythm in the Americas in terms of content focus and convening
- Support the Americas & EMEA COO in engagement across Invesco
- Lead development of critical updates for various boards and leadership groups
- Stay up-to-date on relevant industry news, trends, and changes

The Experience You Bring:
- College graduate in related field, or related work experience
- 7+ years relevant work experience in technical and leadership roles
