Job Description

About the Role:

The Sr Analyst - EISM (ETFs, Indexed Strategies, SMAs & Models) is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis and maintaining and developing relationships with key ETF business partners and Finance & Corporate Strategy (FCS).

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Support the development of the annual, quarterly, and monthly forecast for assigned departments, including updating the department’s forecast as necessary, as well as identifying variances and recommending corrective action.

  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support significant business decisions (e.g. new product initiatives, cost benefit analysis, outsourcing). Make recommendations regarding alternative courses of action.

  • Issue monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports used by business partner management, such as financials, strategic initiative progress, metric reporting, sales/assets trends, revenue yields, etc.

  • Challenge and restructure existing processes to achieve synergies and efficiencies across the organization.

  • Serve as liaison between the business partners and FCS.

  • Manage a book of work for the Hyderabad FP&A team and ensure quality of deliverables.

  • Take lead and ownership of assigned strategic long-lead projects and drive to completion in partnership with key business of FCS stakeholders.

  • Prepare all materials related to the annual 15c process coordinating with Legal, FCS, Fund accounting and the FPA EISM team.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Math required.

  • Graduate degree in Finance a plus.

  • CPA or CFA a plus

  • 4+ years of work experience, with a concentration in management reporting and analysis.

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in the use of business intelligence solutions and data base applications, such as Oracle Smart View, Essbase or Power BI.

  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations.

  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.

  • Commitment to accuracy and work excellence.

  • Quick learner, hands-on and independently.

  • Self-starter - excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Multi-task oriented in a flexible and high-pressure environment.

  • Interest in ETFs & asset management.
