You will drive audit readiness, lead remediation oversight, and embed a culture of proactive compliance across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Leadership & Governance - Define and lead the global strategy for technology regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and assurance frameworks.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional compliance or audit programs at scale.
Experience developing and implementing policies, standards, and training programs.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST, ISO 27001) and their application to technology functions.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
