Job Description
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading projects that span different time zones. This role requires a strategic, forward-thinking individual to manage all aspects of a project, including initial planning, execution, and final evaluation. Experience managing projects that involve collaboration across different organizations, with a budget of several million dollars. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Confluence, and have experience creating reports and presentations for executive leadership.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Develop a roadmap that outlines project deliverables, including weekly status reports and a monthly recap, to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
Lead and manage projects of varying complexity across domains such as cybersecurity, physical security, and enterprise technology.
Defining project scope, identifying project goals and scope, identifying deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Drive the full project lifecycle, including demand intake, business case creation, resource estimation, planning, execution, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Collect and consolidate estimates from various departments to support business case development and financial planning.
Prepare and deliver an Executive Dashboard to C-level executives with minimal supervision, providing a visual, high-level overview of key metrics, milestones, risks, and financials for projects across the organization.
Create and maintain RAID project status, focused on Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, tailored for C-level executives' visibility.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to build dashboards, models, and reports that support decision-making.
Ensure alignment with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as needed for each project.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and impediments, maintaining momentum and stakeholder confidence.
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

Organized and equipped with outstanding time management.
Adaptive problem-solving and project management governance.
Create plans and documents for project tasks to ensure that the project completes deliverables on time by removing obstacles and addressing potential risks.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders using a transparent and straightforward approach.
The Experience You Bring:
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or security fields.
Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ITIL certification (Service Operations/Problem Management).
Proven ability to handle complex projects with cross-organizational boundaries and teams with competing priorities.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Experience creating project status reports and tailoring project communications to C-level executives.
Proficient with project management tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong public speaking and written communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a global security organization.
Experience working directly with cloud technologies and an understanding of data infrastructure challenges.
Experience in a role that required building new processes and reporting frameworks from the ground up with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
