Summer Internship Program – Technology Overview
Ready to make your mark in the world of investments? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2026 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.
In this internship, you’ll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.
Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!
What you’ll do
Learn the Invesco business model and growth strategy (product, investment, sales, operations and corporate services)
Develop professional skills and networking across the organization as well as the industry
Participate in cultural, technology, and management training
Shadow end-to-end technology solutions
Build one or more of the following core capabilities (business analysis, project management, application development, web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure engineering)
Participate in meetings with Early Careers technology team and contribute to the influence of positive change and ideas
Develop your technical aptitude, business insight, and collaborative abilities through a variety of project work.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
All majors are welcome with an emphasis on Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Technical course work
Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations
Ability to work well with others across teams with varied strengths
Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.
