The Global Performance Measurement team is responsible for the oversight and calculation of the investment performance across Invesco’s product lines. In addition, they are responsible for the regulatory oversight in EMEA.

What we are we looking for:

The Performance Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate production of performance data, deliver analysis in response to regular requirements and ad hoc requests. Additionally, they will work closely with the performance teams across the business and be involved in any system developments relating to the generation of performance information.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Performance Calculation & Analysis:

    • Calculation and oversight of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance across Invesco’s product lines and regions.

    • Assisting stakeholders in interpreting performance and peer ranking results.

    • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in performance data across platforms.

  • Data Management:

    • Maintaining and validating performance-related data throughout portfolio management systems.

    • Collaborating with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and system enhancements.

  • Compliance & Standards:

    • Ensuring adherence to GIPS and other regulatory requirements.

    • Supporting audits and compliance reviews related to performance reporting.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Preparing performance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

    • Supporting Invesco globally with performance data and insights.

    • Assisting in the development of dashboards and automated reporting tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Working closely with portfolio managers and other internal stakeholders to provide performance insights.

    • Participating in projects aimed at improving performance measurement processes and systems.


What you can bring:

  • Experience:

    • Proven Industry experience.

    • A high level of mathematical and statistical skills.

  • Knowledge:

    • Understanding of the asset management industry.

    • Knowledge of internal procedures and controls.

    • Good understanding of investment accounting to understand client reports and performance calculations.

  • Other Personal Attributes Required:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills for liaison with internal departments.

    • Excellent communications skills.

    • Proactive attitude to change management.

    • Able to work under pressure.

    • Keen eye for accuracy and detail.

    • Keen to learn and continually improve.
