Job Description

About the Role:

This Atlanta-based role will support the Senior Manager of Corporate Services Strategy across a range of analytical and reporting functions tied to Corporate Services (Corporate Properties, Travel, and Events). The position will focus heavily on financial modeling and strategic analysis to make recommendations that shape Invesco’s Location Strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting analysis to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Create financial models for all real estate transaction in close coordination with third party brokers, finance and corporate properties team.

  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support significant real estate decisions related to corporate location strategy and associated recommendations.

  • Develop presentations for internal discussions with Senior Leadership and external parties.

  • Assist in the creation of the annual budget for Corporate Services.

  • Manage corporate properties budget and ad hoc budget including identifying variances and underlying drivers.

  • Liaise with project managers to report accurate capital forecasts monthly to FP&A.

  • Report on Corporate Service’s quarterly metrics to give visibility to performance across Travel, Events, and Properties.

  • Perform administrative and analytical duties related to Corporate Properties, events, and travel (examples being headcount tracking, processing payments, keeping the minutes on properties calls, spend reporting, etc).

  • Interface with Corporate Finance including tax, corporate accounting, insurance, FP&A regarding corporate properties reporting.

  • Routinely interact and coordinate with senior management, local managers, corporate properties staff globally and with peers in IT, Legal, Finance, Security and procurement

Requirements of the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentations.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in complex teams across functions and geographic locations.

  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
