You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and take on new responsibilities, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a company that is growing.

In this role you will assist attorneys in preparation of contracts, investment guidelines and operational procedures for institutional separate account clients, sub-transfer agents and networking relationships, trading relationships, and various other counterparties. In addition, you will assist in preparation, filing and distribution of mutual fund registration statements (prospectuses, summary prospectuses, statements of additional information) and other periodic open-end, ETF, and closed-end fund regulatory filings. You will also prepare for and attend board, operating company, and shareholder meetings and draft minutes.
