What role will you play?

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Solutions, Real Estate and Real Assets businesses, supporting the Americas and EMEA regions to reinforce a culture of risk management. You will support the business in providing risk guidance on transactions, new products and opportunities, and implement a strong risk management framework, including assessing that internal controls are designed and operating effectively. Additionally, you will assist the regional and global risk leads with advise and support, and you will conduct incident management, including investigation of root cause, recording of operational risk incidents, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are implemented.
Salary range for this position: $145,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience developing or executing non-financial risk management frameworks preferably for an alternative investment manager
  • Well-organized, self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude and proven ability to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced, output focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within the business
  • Strong analytical and lateral thinking, paired with ability to initiate and lead conversations regarding anticipated and emerging issues
  • Experience leading deep dive risk/control assurance reviews that consist of assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
