This role sits within the Alternative Wealth Product team in Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group, based in New York. The team is responsible for the creation, structuring, delivery, and ongoing management of a range of Alternative investment strategies designed for the Wealth channel.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Associate Director, Alternative Wealth Product, USA, you will work closely with colleagues across a range of functions including investment, distribution, marketing, legal, risk, operations and technology to help build and support a range of Alternative investment products. The build out of our Alternative products for the Wealth channel globally is a key initiative of MAM and you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues in other regions to support our global ambitions.
Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $200,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • At least 5 years of experience in product-oriented roles within asset management firms with knowledge of the operational/regulatory and commercial needs of Wealth clients.
  • Knowledge of alternative asset classes and structures across private and registered funds for high net worth and retail investors.
  • An understanding of the US wealth management industry and the needs of Wealth clients.
  • The ability to communicate well and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and financial modelling skills
