This is an exciting opportunity to join a client-focused AV technology team, to play a role in ensuring the successful delivery and operations of AV solutions across the region. Comradery and support for each other is a at the core of our team character

What role will you play?

You’ll be supporting clients with all of their AV needs, performing daily meeting room health checks, providing break-fix support for AV equipment, and providing assistance to Guest Relations for Macquarie Group client and senior management events. In addition, you’ll support logging of support issues in client tracking systems, provide basic user training, and assist with event setup and operating.

What you offer

  • Knowledge of audio and video systems such as Cisco/Webex, Zoom, Crestron, Polycom, MS Teams
  • Customer obsessed and experience focused
  • Understanding of audio-visual testing methodologies and quality assurance
  • Able to document procedures, operating models, manuals/instructions, and troubleshooting records
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
