You will track, manage and maintain compliance with employment and labor law requirements in the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Chile) in collaboration with relevant HR teams. You will draft, review and update Americas policies and procedures. You will build knowledge bank of advice and capture expertise on employment law matters and legislative updates. You will horizon scan for upcoming legislative changes across the Americas region and managing updates with HR and business stakeholders. You will coordinate and manage legal and regulatory change project work, as required. You will identify and drive opportunities for improvement of process, documentation and governance (including creating and maintaining template documents).

Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie’s businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management.
